As much as I am against whitening products, I gave the vichy bi white med emulsion a try! I was searching for an extremely light moisturizer when the sales girl in New U asked me to give this try.

Anyways, coming back to the product, I am so glad that I took the SA’s advice. It is one of the best moisturizers for oily and combination skin or when you need something extremely light or if you like to layer your products!

Skin Type, Fragrance and Product Texture
Suits all kinds of skin including dry. Oily, combination, normal, dry, sensitive, all skin types. It is also best for layering your products as the texture of the product is extremely light and gets absorbed into the skin in a jiffy. It does NOT have any specific fragrance.
Price Tag and Worth
Price : Rs 2000 for 50ml
I am not really sure if the price tag is really worth it but the product is nice! It is definitely expensive.
Packaging
Comes in a pump bottle though it does not have a screw-on lid. If you run out of the product, you can not scoop it out of the bottle 😀

Has chemicals if it bothers you.
Usage
I used two to three pumps a day to cover the face, neck and décolletage. Mostly, I have used it only in the mornings. A few times I have used it at night but have not seen any particular difference. It is too expensive to waste the product. I like it best as a day care moisturiser.
How does it feel on skin?
Gets absorbed in just a few seconds. Does NOT feel greasy or heavy on the skin. Allows you to apply a good layer of sunscreen. And, does NOT make the skin oily or greasy even after a few hours. The skin feels fresh and dewy all the time.
Results
The product claims to whiten the skin but honestly I have NOT seen any results on that claim. It just keeps your skin moisturised and bright when you apply it but there are no long term whitening effects.
Btw, this product of 50 ml did last me quite a while. Almost 2 months of usage with two to three pumps a day.
Overall Verdict
I loved the emulsion. It is light and absolutely perfect as a light-weight product. Nothing more than that. But, if you have a product like that in a lower price range, you can continue using that. This one is way too expensive to just try out.

Excellent review on the product. I hate walking in to stores where the sales people are behind us all the time. It’s irritating and most times I end up coming out without buying anything just because of the pestering.
hehe. seriously. once I had to actually tell them to stop pestering me and let me just have a look at products before I think of buying them. it was rude but I just could not do anything 🙁 the whole point of shopping is to look around products without any hassle after all!!
