Ten assorted body scrubs

Exfoliation is one important routine of skin care which has to be followed regularly and what better than going for homemade recipes. You can indulge yourself as much as you want without a thought to the cost of your scrub. Here are ten different body scrubs which are extremely easy to prepare and extremely beneficial for the skin. You can substitute the ingredients of these recipes with something available easily in case you are not able to find any.

    we do not actually get the real oatmeal which is available in Europe but the Indian version is daliya. One more thing I would advise is to substitute your commercial oatmeal with homemade or widely available dailya. I’ll do a post on it soon.

    It’s called the same in Urdu!The prob is that it never gets grounded in a mixy or coffee grinder!

    yeah…i have heard tht…i think in the olden days they used the chakki to grind it…not sure…wil ask n get bak…
