Okay, here is an interesting question for you to answer. What is the first thing you like to do right after you wake up? Exercise, stretch, make lemon water, fix your coffee pot, check your mails or just fall back to bed. What do I do? Neither of the above. I fix my green tea using Gaia Green Tea bags. Simple and easy!
Once upon a time, I had this cute and easy borosil tea maker which I used to make my green tea. It had a separate tea strainer in which green tea leaves could be placed and infused. And, then, my maid broke it so now I use it to pot flowers which makes it equally useful. But now I am left without a convenient container to make my green tea.
So, when I got these green tea bags, I started brewing green tea again without the hassle of using two or more containers. And, I am back on the healthy beverage wagon. Now, did you know that brewing green tea is an art. The water temperature must be exactly right and infusion must not be more than two minutes.

Gaia Green Tea Bags Assorted Pack Product Review
Price : Rs 150 for 25 green tea bags
Procedure
Heat drinking water up to 80 degrees, just short of boiling water. Place one green tea bag in a mug and pour hot water over it. Brew for 1-2 minutes and your green tea is ready.
If you do not brew your tea properly, green tea often gets very bitter and most people tend to get this step wrong. I do not personally like it sweetened but you can add honey for flavor, if you wish. Adding sugar is your wish.
Usage
Gaia Green Tea bags are easy to brew and simple to use. The best part is you can warm up the water and brew it the second time and even third time as a mild drink. They are best options for travelling or even for office uses, if you are not provided one at your work place.
Taste
This assorted pack comes in 5 flavors, 5 bags of each. They have the regular green tea, green tea with lemon, ginger, tulsi and mint. If you brew them correctly, the taste is good.
Green Tea flavor tastes just like it should. The lemon has a tang to it, the ginger has the heat and spice. But, the best flavors are tulsi and mint which have subtle flavors which are both refreshing and soothing at the same time.
Rains are the best time to have something warm and soothing and green tea is perfect healthy drink for such times though I have to say masala chai and pakoras (the usual Indian snack) are the most tempting.
