Forest Essentials Body Wash Oudh and Green Tea

So, what do you think about forest essentials body wash? Do you like the brand? Sometimes, I do think it is over-hyped but then there are some gems which are absolute delight to use. Now, whether forest essentials body wash is a delight to use or not, I love and would recommend their Tejasvi emulsion. I have a sample and I have used it just a few times but loved the texture and how it goes on the skin. Absolute luxury.

Packaging

It comes in a plastic bottle with a stopper and I am desperately looking for a body wash which comes with a pump because Mr. P refuses to use anything else! Husbands, I tell you . . .

Usage and Results

This is the first time I have used a forest essentials body wash. I love their body oils and the Mashobra honey range for the amazing fragrance. Similar to body oil, this body wash makes the bathroom smell amazing.

The Oudh and Green Tea fragrance is amazing and uplifting. And, what should I say? It is just like any other body wash. Not drying but you do need to moisturize. The body wash is a little watery but not too much. It lathers enough but not too much. It will last for about a month and a half if used regularly.

Final Verdict

Well, this is expensive so I am not sure if there is anything special in this forest essentials body wash except the fragrance to recommend it. I would rather say get their oils or talcum powder for a long lasting fragrance.

So, which one is your favorite forest essentials product? I have heard a lot about their ubtans but never gave them a try? Would you like to recommend anything for me?

Thanks for the honest review. I too have tried a sample of the Tejasvi Emulsion and loved it. Also totally love their body oils. I also like their body lotions, but its too expensive and they get over soon. I also like their luxury sugar soaps. Another recommendation would be their Deeply Nourishing Facial Cleansing Paste. I like their Bhringraj Hair oil as well. But compared to the number of affordable herbal hair oils available in the market, there is no need to buy such an expensive hair oil. Have you tried anything from their Soundarya 24K range?

thanks Archana. I was thinking of trying their cleansing paste. I believe you are talking about the almond one which they launched recently. it did sound quite nice though pretty expensive again. I used their sugar soap but I didn’t like it as much. and, it gets over so soon!! love their body oils but not body lotions. I prefer the body butters from kama or TBS. for hair oil, I would definitely say Kama or the arya vaidya sala’s neelibrigandi. its cheaper and way too good. I have tried their 24k gold serum but honestly I don’t have an opinion on it. I would say go for something else! even their litchi and date cream is a little over-hyped.
