OK. Got my trim just in time. Also started taking whey protein as I am doing weight training so extra protein also taken care of. Regular oil treatments going on. I just need to add the weekend pre wash and post wash part now.

        Hi Swati,

Yes trying to do that in the evenings when watching tv. Haven’t used teh Argan oil much yet, just a few drops as a leave in after wash & it feels good. Started using Jojoba & Rosemary oils for hair. Also using a few drops of tea tree with my shampoo & conditioner & loving it. Hair feels so soft while washing, my hands literally glide through my hair. Thanks so much for your tip.

        Thanks
        Jyothi

oh great, love that 🙂 I so wanna get all the oils right away. I have been trying to hold my hands back otherwise i love to hoard all the oils and everything I can find and collect them and then i don’t get time to use them all!! 😀

Yeah me too…that is how i managed to buy so many of them at one shot and then looked at all those bottles & kept wondering where & how to use them. Your tips helped in that. So now am using most of them properly, except have to start using peppermint oil, love the smell of this one. Is it ok if i alternate between tea tree and peppermint oil for mixing with shampoo & conditioner or is better to use only one ?

thank god if I was of some help 🙂 yes, you can use peppermint and tea tree alternately in your shampoo. tea tree helps with dandruff and peppermint helps in hair growth. you can always use it 🙂
