What do you do when getting bored in an airport? Check out what to eat? Window shopping? Actual shopping like I do sometimes? Or, simply take a book and read? Or, spend time in a skin care shop which is best pass time for me? On one such a trip back home, I was on the lookout for the best body oil.
And, what I do is enter the Forest Essentials to buy their absolutely amazing Mashobra Honey body oil. I love it. It smells divine and lingers on the skin for whole night and I just can not get over it. But, instead I got the Bengal Tuberose. Lets see how it is?
Forest Essentials Bengal Tuberose Body Oil Product Review (Buy it here)
How do you like the feel of a fragrant oil on your skin which does not make your skin greasy but gets absorbed right away? If your answer is yes, you should definitely try out this oil. To start with, this body oil is very light and fragrant. On an initial touch, the oil does feel oily. The fragrance of the oil is pretty strong yet light. It does not linger on skin for long and does not bother the nose either.
Now, I have a very bad habit. I always over-use my moisturisers. So, if I am ever using a huge amount of body oil, the ayurvedic ones and the greasy ones tend to stick out on the skin. But, some of the best body oils literally glide on my skin and disappear into it. This product is one of them.
No matter how much of the oil I apply, my skin just drinks it up and there is no sticky feel left. The oil does not stick to the clothes. After using the product, my skin feels so soft. On a prolonged use, the skin turns silky on touch and feels really amazing. A good shower gel is, of course, important and plays a huge role in how your skin feels. I am currently using dove bar.
Okay, how long does the oil keep my skin moisturised? Now, any body oil only moisturises the skin. It never hydrates. If you need hydration, you should use a body lotion. For dry skin, you should do BOTH! Shower, oil, Lotion. I would not claim that this is the best body oil for all your skin woes. If your skin is not hydrated, it would need moisturising again in a couple of hours.
A very interesting thing about this product is that when I shower the next day, the moment warm water falls on my body the fragrance of the body oil rises and fills up the bathroom. I have never EVER seen or experienced something like that! This itself is enough for me to try the product once. Overall, I would definitely suggest Forest Essentials as one of the brand to find your best body oil.
