aromatherapy diffuser at Perfect Skin Care for you

So, few days back, I was having my share of mood swings and wasn’t feeling up to the mark. So, I thought of using the diffuser I got some time back. I have been using the diffuser for quite sometime and let me tell you, its one of the most amazing things I have ever used.

Since I wasn’t feeling too good, I decided to get a bit of aromatherapy. And, the results were damn great (read AWESOME-ST). Its one of the best ways to get your mood better immediately and even if not better, calmer, at least, and it also relieves anxiety.

I love essential oils. I haven’t used fragrance oils yet. I prefer essential oils because they are multi-purpose and last longer (I guess that applies to fragrance oils as well). I have used Patchouli, Cedarwood, Neroli in my aromatherapy. Totally loving Patchouli right now.

Well, let me share other advantages. Your room looks cozy (diffusers and tea light candle add to the home decor), the essential oils act as natural room fresheners, the essential oils are also great as natural insect repellants. Lemongrass, Cedarwood and Citronella are amazing for that purpose.

Next time you feel low, you know what to do? So, don’t forget this natural remedy to relieve anxiety and feel refreshed and take care 🙂 And, don’t forget to switch off the lights!!

patchouli is very strong so it takes a bit of getting used to. but, then, all EO’s do get a bit of getting used to as they come off too strong at first 🙂

Good For you Swati (hugs)I live alone too and there are some days that I just can’t get out of the bed. On your suggestion, I got some essential oils and I love them. Can you tell what other oils to use in diffusers and how to use them?I have a sensitive nose and I tend to get headaches often too.:(

Interesting, I’ve added Patchouli to my EO list. Which are your fav EO’s at the moment? Does Moksha offer discounts or have you stopped buying from them?
