3 Personal Favorites from Kama Ayurveda

kama ayurveda

Kama Ayurveda is one brand which appeals to me a lot personally though I have to say I have not used a lot of their products. I have their essential oils in my stash and I love them. I used their hair oil the first time and fell in love with it. Their body oils were amazing. And, their body butter is scrumptious. All the products I have used from the brand has proved to be a success. But, I do have the top 3 favorites from the brand.

Kama Ayurveda Rose Jasmine Bath & Body Oil (review)

A lovely delightful body oil. Definitely one of their must-try products. And, I would say apply the body oil right after the shower when the body is slick wet. It is one of the simplest tricks to keep your body soft and moisturized for a longer time and with lesser effort to make the oil or body butter get absorbed. It is a good indulgence at Rs 850 currently mentioned on their website. Also, their list of body oils has changed dramatically over the past few years and they are looking really different now.

Kama Ayurveda Brigandi Intense Hair Treatment (review)

Beautiful silky and intensely rich hair oil. I love the texture of the product itself. i have used this way back in 2012 and I still remember how the oil and the hair felt afterward. It makes the hair darker and shinier as well. One of my bucket list items since quite long but I never got around getting it again. But, there is a caveat here. They source or get their products manufactured from Arya Vaidya Sala, Kotakkal, Kerala so I did give their neelibrigandi hair oil a try and that also is good. It is almost a dupe but this product is way different in texture.

Kama Ayurveda Kokum and Almond Body Butter

Kama Ayurveda Kokum & Almond Body Butter (review)

Used this last to last winters and I am a fan. It smells delicious. You just want to gobble it down but of course it is meant for your body. Must for a dry skin or a dry weather. They have also changed their packaging now and it comes in a tin jar now and that looks classy and is reusable as well. So, yes, next winters you should definitely get one of this to pamper yourself. And, make sure to apply this when your skin is still damp from shower. Better yet, apply it in the washroom so that steam helps the butter get absorbed really fast.

Currently, I do not have any of their products in my stash but my father is a huge fan of their night cream. He has gone through jars of the product. What he likes is that it is super moisturizing for his skin of 65 and keeps it soft and young. He did go through jars of  the eladi hydrating day cream but it is a little oily for summers, even for mature skin, but perfect for winter usage. And, not to say, their essential oils are amazing!

So, it is your turn now …

So, this is my list of favorites from kama ayurveda. I shall keep this post updated as and when I fall in love with yet another product from the brand. Till then, tell me what product from kama ayurveda enthrall you? I would love to hear your recommendations.
