Slowly, a few websites became popular and a few faded away! It would have been great if the questionnaire allows us to select multiple answers for a few questions.

I am prone to regular migraines to it makes sense to hoard all the available migraine oil roll-on(s). I already have one from another brand which I absolutely love. So, when I got this product for review, I was more than excited.

Interestingly, Mr. P (short for my better half for all the new readers) also loves to have the migraine oil rolled on as they help him sleep more soundly (like he really needs help with that)! 😀

In fact, did you know that eucalyptus oil is great at helping with migraines. You just need to dab a little of eucalyptus oil on your temples to reduce your headaches.

Anyways, this migraine oil is an absolute god sent. It comes in a pretty glass roll-on tube which I missed in my other roll-on. You need glass packaging for anything which contains actives and essential oils. The packaging is one way to make sure you are getting a quality product. Packaging does matter!! Anyways, so let us read on why I love this migraine oil so much.

The nutritional meal shakes are the latest fads in the market. They can be for weight loss, to act as meal replacers or just as protein shakes after a workout or with breakfast. OZiva Nutritional Meal Shake for Women is supposed to be a complete food and provide all the necessary nutrients to the body.

I have taken almost 3 months to review this product and I am glad that I took this time. Had I reviewed it earlier, I would have missed out on analyzing its ingredient list. Recently, I came across another very famous health drinks brand and realized how important it is to read and research on the ingredient list of health drinks.

Consequently, this other famous brand which I am not going to talk about has very poor list of ingredients and is quite expensive on the pocket as well. The contents of the health drink are debated and the jury is out there as is the usual case.
