Lotus Herbals LemonPure Cleansing Milk Turmeric and Lemon

lemonpure cleansing milk

How was your new year, ladies and gents? Mine was pretty much silent. We did not even realize when we transitioned into the new year. No count downs, no shouting, just a silent and contended Happy New Year wish. Mr. P has another philosophy to add. Everyday is a happy new year. So true that every single day is a new time to start over again. And, with that note I did finish off this lotus herbals lemonpure cleansing milk. So, did I like it?

Lotus Herbals LemonPure Cleansing Milk Turmeric and Lemon Product Review

Price : Rs 325 for 170ml (quite expensive!)

Packaging

The only reason I bought this product was the color of the bottle. Quite lively and fresh. Comes in a plastic bottle with a pump. The pump dispenses just enough product so you might need to pump several times for adequate amount of product. I take a good 2-3 pumps of product for my face, neck and decolletage.

Ingredients
lemonpure cleansing milk
Usage and Results

Color and Fragrance. I love the look and feel of this lemonpure cleansing milk.  The cleansing milk is a lovely yellow in color and feels like you are applying turmeric on your face. Does not bother the nose at all.

Texture. The lemonpure cleansing milk is not very thick but then it is not very runny either. I like to dilute it with water and massage on my face. It helps spread the product easily and breakdown the sunscreen. The texture of the product is very smooth and it feels good on skin.

Skin Type. It says for normal to dry skin. But, I do think it would suit even oily skin and acne-prone skin, at least in winters, even though it says normal to dry since the texture of the product is very light and does not really lead to clogged pores.

Results. Once massaged on the skin, it does not dry off immediately. Gets wiped off easily with a tissue paper or face wipe. It removes the sunscreen pretty effectively and a good face wash is enough to remove all traces of this lemonpure cleansing milk and other residue on the skin. It does not leave any unpleasant residue on the skin.

What it does not do? There is a catch with this lemonpure cleansing milk though. It is no good at removing blackheads which is a big put off from this product unfortunately especially when combined with the cost of the product. An entire bottle would last you for probably two months. I really wish it had excelled in that department and it would have been a great cleansing milk.

Final Verdict

Still worth a try even though it did not help my blackheads. The fragrance and texture of the lemonpure cleansing milk is quite tempting.

Have you used lemonpure cleansing milk? Did you like it? Which one is your favorite cleansing milk?

Sounds like a decent cleansing milk with natural ingredients. Will give it a try. I have tried their Whiteglow cleansing milk and its also good.
Wish you happy new year, Swati. Mine was also a silent new year 🙂
