I am prone to regular migraines to it makes sense to hoard all the available migraine oil roll-on(s). I already have one from another brand which I absolutely love. So, when I got this product for review, I was more than excited.
Interestingly, Mr. P (short for my better half for all the new readers) also loves to have the migraine oil rolled on as they help him sleep more soundly (like he really needs help with that)! 😀
In fact, did you know that eucalyptus oil is great at helping with migraines. You just need to dab a little of eucalyptus oil on your temples to reduce your headaches.
Anyways, this migraine oil is an absolute god sent. It comes in a pretty glass roll-on tube which I missed in my other roll-on. You need glass packaging for anything which contains actives and essential oils. The packaging is one way to make sure you are getting a quality product. Packaging does matter!! How to Use the Migraine Oil?
Rub the migraine oil on temples and pulse points behind the ears. The website advises to keep the forehead warm.
Packaging
I absolutely love that they packaged the migraine oil in a glass bottle with a roll-on on the top. It looks classy and is functional. This makes the product heavy but not so much.
What I think about the Migraine Oil?
I love the smell. It has a light fragrance which immediately attacks the nose but does not bother much. The first note is camphor and clove and eucalyptus oil mix which is absolutely heavenly when you are tired. I like to inhale the roll on before applying for a few seconds. It immediately calms me down.
The oil is not oily on application and fragrance dissipates immediately so it would not result in any breakouts, if you are concerned about that. The product comes in 9ml package but I am sure it would last long enough to justify the cost.
What else should I say about this product? Except that this is amazing and helps me sleep better and relieves stress and smells amazing and is a great product to have on your bedside table.
On a side note, this product would not help you with really bad headache or headache induced due to hunger or a day spent in the sun. It helps only de-stress you in those cases.
My Verdict
Absolutely yes if you want help with your headaches and like to sleep soundly and lavender is just not your thing. I love this product and would love to get extras to keep in my travel kit and car.
