H20 plus Face Oasis Hydrating Treatment Product Review

H20 plus Face Oasis Hydrating Treatment Product Review

H20 plus Face Oasis reminds me of the crystal clear waters of the Kilim Geoforest Park in Langkawi. The marine smell and the appealing aquamarine blue of the product with its watery texture serves up to its claims. I had spotted this product for the first time on My Women Stuff and was obsessed with getting it.

H20 plus is easily available in India and you can get it at any counter in Shopper’s Stop so let that not deter you if you are satisfied with the review. Why did I get this?

For a very long time, I have been looking around for a light and hydrating moisturiser. Ever since I have come to recognize that most of the dry skin is because of dehydration, I have become even more particular about my products.

Now, that I am touching 30 in a few days, I have felt the difference in my skin as well. Whether it is due to the dryness of winters or hormonal changes inside my body, I want to do everything right for my skin. And, hydration is on top of my list followed by moisturization.

Let me begin with the color of the product and its packaging. I absolutely love the clear marine blue gel and the clear glass packaging. The jar is very attractive though not very hygienic.

I do hate to scoop out the product with my fingers. Often, the gel or cream tend to stick inside the nail bed which I do not like. The product is a bit bulky to carry around, though.

Do I like how it smells? It is not much of a bother really. You smell a whiff of the raw ocean when you open the jar but it dissipates in a second.

The smell does not linger on the skin or in the air and does not bother the nose at all. If you do get bothered by sharp smells, this product will not bother you much.

How does it feel? Just like it looks, the product is a watery gel which disappears into the skin. You just need a tiny bit so the jar lasts pretty long. As far as I remember, I have used it for 3 months in total.

A pea size drop is enough to cover your face and neck. Any more and it does make the skin sticky and shiny. So, beware and do not go overboard.

Which skin does it suit? I had been under the impression that it would suit oily and combination skin pretty well as opposed to dry skin. But, that is not entirely true.

I remember that my face used to look oily when I used to apply it during September – October (I did use to apply a bit more than required). Where as, it is perfectly suiting my skin since December. It will suit any skin which needs hydration.

Results. There is no stickiness and no oiliness. Just plumped up and soft skin. After applying it, the skin looks bright and young immediately. You can apply it any where for immediately plumped and fresh look – on arms and palms. The results last for 3-4 hours.

When to use it? It can be used both at day and night.

My advise would be to use it as the first step in your skin care and follow up with your favourite sunscreen at day time and serum at night. This product is not enough on its own for any skin type.

One thing I would definitely mention is that the product does not have any long-term benefits. It is just a temporary solution.

Overall, I would definitely say you should try it out!
