Your day care products must be rich in invigorating and revitalizing scents where as your night time products should be soothing and de-stressing.

Following this very example, I got this face wash from Kama which I was almost sure I would love. I had used the same range of body oil which I would heartily recommend you to try if you love roses.

Skin Type

Since it has an oily base, I think it would be more suitable for normal to dry to sensitive and mature skin. I am not sure how it would be with oily skin. You might want to test it before you get it.

Price Tag and Worth

Price : Rs 540 for 100ml

The price tag is definitely on the higher side but it lasts long enough to justify the expense.

Fragrance

The face wash has the same fragrance as the body oil – rich in roses and not jasmine, very soothing and faintly lingering but not overpowering.

Packaging

The product comes in a thick pearl-per bottle with pump packaging.

Texture

The product itself is transparent and semi-runny in consistency.

Ingredients

It has no SLS and secret ingredients to speak of which makes the product all the more attractive.

Usage

I usually use 5 pumps for my face, neck and décolletage but 3 would be enough. It does not lather much  but is soapy enough to cleanse your face well and gently.

I prefer to use it mostly in the mornings, in evenings preferring more strong cleansers which are able to remove every trace of make-up remover and sunscreen. But, I have used it a couple of times in the evenings as well. It removes dust and grime and every inch of residue very well.

How does it feel on skin?

The interesting part of this product is how it feels on the skin. It has an oily base. When you lather it on the face, it feels a bit oily. I did feel that it would leave an oily feel like some of the products do even after they are washed off. But, that is not the case. The product washes off easily and completely.

Results

After washing it off, it does not dry the skin. Even if you do not follow with a moisturiser, your skin would be comfortable. Of course, moisturisation is always recommended.
